The Cosmopolitan opened it's doors in December 2010. The Cosmopolitan was originally being built as condos on the strip, just next to the Bellagio hotel. That all changed when the bank took over the property and decided to make an hotel instead. Lucky for the average visitor coming to Las Vegas, you can stay at the beautiful hotel with private terraces high above the Las Vegas strip, with views second to none. The Cosmopolitan hotel is run by Marriott and has 2,295 rooms and a 100,000 square foot Casino for you to enjoy.

Note: the smallest rooms are the "City Room" and have no terrace.

The largest rooms are the Wraparound Terrace Suite, with 1,200 sq. feet off living space and a 480 square foot private terrace rhat offers a panoramic view of Las Vegas skyline.
